A small village of 300 houses is living of getting and drying fish during the summer in sunlight. Everything is used for selling, personal consumption and animal food. At 06:00 AM the40 boats are coming back from a whole night at sea. The men bring the fish ashore and the women start preparing. During the day the women keep on preparing the fish of the former day so in the end it is completely dry. At 18:00 PM the men are going to sea again.

Hallo Erny. Eindelijk weer verbinding vanuit Portugal. Opnieuw een aantal prachtige foto’s van en met vissen. Waarschijnlijk ben je op het moment dat wij dit beantwoorden al weer thuis of op weg daarna toe. Wij hebben nog een aantal weken voor de boeg.
